#RevolutionNow convener, Mr Omoyele Sowore, has filed an appeal against the judgement of the Federal High Court restrictIing his movement only around Abuja.
He filed the suit alongside his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare, in Abuja.
Sowore and Bakare are facing trial over charges of treason and money laundering filed against them by the government.
However, they pleaded not guilty.
Recall that Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu granted bail to Sowore to the tune of N100 million and two sureties in like sum, wherein one of the sureties was to deposit the sum of N50 million in the account of the court.
He was not to address any rally or public gathering and not to leave the FCT, Channelstv reported.
Sowore has now filed an appeal against the judgement of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
