Days after being left stranded at the Lagos International Airport, over 300 American nationals have finally been evacuated from Nigeria to Washington DC, capital of the US.
An Ethiopian Airlines flight carrying 376 US citizens departed Murtala Mohammed International Airport for Washington Dulles international Airport on Monday, April 6, 2020.
According to reports, the US consulate in Nigeria said the flight departed at 5:25pm Nigerian time.
