Popular singer, Adekunle Gold, has recalled his humble beginnings when he had to call acclaimed producer, Don Jazzy, ‘Dad’ when he applied to be Mo Hits’ graphic artist.
Jazzy co-founded Mo Hits with artiste D’Banj but it was dissolved when they parted, leading to the establishment of Marvin Records by Jazzy.
Reflecting in a way to inspire younger folks, Gold noted that, in DMs to Jazzy on Twitter, he had to employ all soothing words to win his heart.
Indeed, he also called him ‘My lord’.
