Nollywood actor and model, Alex Ekubo, has commended health workers across the globe who are in the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 for their efforts so far in containing the pandemic.
Ekubo took to his Instagram handle (alexxekubo) on Friday, being his birthday, to give some shout out to the health workers as he described them as the real super heroes.
He urged every non-essential workers in the country to adhere to the stay-at-home order for proper management of the pandemic.
“On my special day, I just want to show my sincere gratitude and appreciation to all healthcare frontline workers around the world helping to fight the coronavirus.
“Thank you for your selfless service. You are the real super heroes.
“Please to every non-essential worker and the general populace, let’s endeavour to stay at home so their labour will not be in vain.
“This too shall pass. Peace and love always,” Ekubo said.
