Mr Femi Adeoye, the Ekiti man who denied his son entry into his house after travelling home from Lagos, is now like the apple in the eye of Governor Kayode Fayemi.
After the government commended Adeoye on Wednesday, Fayemi has offered him an appointment now.
Mr Femi Adeoye is a retired FRSC official.
His story went viral after the video of his insistence that the son could not enter his house but go on isolation went viral.
According to a letter signed by Fayemi, who invited Adeoye to his office on Thursday, the man is now the COVID-19 Response Ambassador in Ekiti State.
