Melaye punctures Bihari’s lockdown order, says Only God can help

Kogi former Senator, Dino Melaye, has cited unconstitutionality in President Muhammadu Bihari’s Sunday declaration of a curfew in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun State.
According to him, although the lockdown is desirable, the President cannot declare it without the approval of state houses of assembly.
