The Federal High Court in Kano has set aside the judgement passed by the Federal High Court in Abuja, which suspended Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The development came as a surprise to many who feel that the court is of the same status as the Abuja court.
Some are, however, arguing that a Federal High Court is higher than its state counterpart.
It was gathered that Justice Lewis Allagoa, who gave the judgement , ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.

According to a report in /The Vanguard’, Justice Alagoa who ordered that the status quo ante Bellum be maintained, added that pending the hearing of the motion on notice by the applicant Aliyu Muhammad Rabiu, the defendants (the APC, Oshiomhole, IG of Police, INEC and DGSS) should not give effect to the purported resolution of Ward 10, Etsako local government area which suspended Comrade Oshiomhole.
