It’s wrong to say Nigerian gene is resistant to coronavirus – Zamora

The Minister of State for Health, Mamora Olorunnibe, has warned Nigerians against misinformation about coronavirus.
According to Mamora, an element of wrong information is saying the Nigerian gene is resistant to the pandemic.
“As we speak, there are Nigerians who have died from the disseas,” he said at an ongoing media bring in Abuja, referring to two Nigerian doctors who died in Italy.
The minister also noted that the rumour that coronavirus cannot survive in a hot weather like us was false.
