The Supreme Court on Monday affirmed the election of Bala Mohammed of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as governor of Bauchi State.
Justice Mohammed Dattijo, who delivered the lead judgement, dismissed the appeal filed by candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Mohammed Abubakar, against the outcome of the election.
