Nollywood actor, Saidi Balogun, has announced the day he would hold a grand celebration in memory of his late mum who died on November 25.
The 52-year-old, in a post on Instagram on Thursday, thanked colleagues and family members for attending the 8th-day Fidau of his mother.
” This is to appreciate all friends, colleagues and family members who took out time of their busy schedule to honour us at the 8th day Fidau of our dear mother Late ARIKE JOLADE. We are deeply grateful for your moral and financial support toward the the success of the event and we pray that God will honour and bless you accordingly.
“Kindly note that the celebration of her life and grand finale would come up in MARCH 2020. We will keep you apprised of new development as time progresses. Thank you and God bless,” he captioned the post.

September 2000 at the Ikorodu Marriage Registry in Lagos, Saidi Balogun got married to actress, Faithia Williams.
Their marriage produced two children, Khalid and Aliyah Balogun but got separated for a few years before officially getting divorced January 17, 2014.
