Fayemi appoints Ojo-Bakare as Commissioner for Culture and Tourism

Governor Kayode Fayemi has appointed theatre scholar and practitioner, Prof. Rasak Ojo-Bakare, as the Commissioner for the newly established Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The appointment has also been ratified by the state’s lawmakers.
Fayemi had, last week announced the upgrading of the parastaltal to a full ministry during the just-concluded Ekiti Festival of Arts and Culture.
Many people have been congratulating the scholar and accomplished dancer on Facebook, where he announced the appointment and approval.
