My security men engaged armed men who came to attack me in Kogi – Makinde

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has confirmed that some armed men came to a hotel he and some other peoples Democratic Government chiefs are lodging in Lokoja, Kogi State.
He, however, said they were resisted by his security men who engaged them.
He added in a telephone interview with ‘Channel Television’ that he and the other party leaders had continued to prepare for the governorship election holding on Saturday.
“.We are fine. The good things is that we are okay. We are going about our preparation for tomorrow’s election,” he said.
