It has become clearer that President Muhammad Buhari intends to continue to officially work from London where he has started a two-week private visit.
He, on Monday, signed a bill into law in the UK city, a decision that has started generating controversy.
The Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, obviously took the bill to the President as he was present where it was being signed.

The bill amended the Deep Offshore (and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contract) Act. with Buhari describing signing as a landmark moment for Nigeria, in a Twitter message.
While the action will convince many that the President is hale and hearty, it will puzzle those who believe that, constitutionally, the vice president ought to be in charge when Buhari is away like that.

In a photo which was posted on social media, Kyari, who was wearing a suit, was seen presenting the bill to the President who was sitting down.

Deep Offshore (and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contract) Act was recently passed into law by the National Assembly. President Buhari in his tweet appreciated the lawmakers for their cooperation in making the ‘long overdue’ amendment possible.
