No show for Wizkid, Davido at Headies

Unlike what obtained in past editions, the likes of Davido and Wizkid won no award at Saturday’s Headies Award in Lagos.
So also were Olamide, Kiss Daniel, Tiwa Savage and other stars who have been on the scene for some time.
Instead, Burna Boy towered above all, winning the Artiste of the Year in a season that many good songs kissed ears of millions, if not billions of people, globally, but from Nigeria. .
But an award such as the Headies also help to gauge the pulse of stardom and people’s choices.
