Katsina woman gives birth to a baby while in bandits’ custody

Nigeria has welcomed a new baby in a very unusual way.
The baby came through a woman who was kidnapped in Katsina State by bandits.
She was heavily pregnant when abducted and she, along other captives, spent as many as 45 days in captivity, until on Sunday when they were released as a result of the negotiation that the Kaduna State Government is having with the bandits.
The woman, whose name has not been given, arrived at the Government House with her baby, alongside 13 others released.
The state Governor, Aminu Masari, said the government was working on rehabilitation for the bandits.
