I stayed abroad for a long time because of my children – Aisha

Wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, has said that the need to be with her children made her stay for long abroad.
Aisha just returned to Nigeria after weeks in the UK, to where she left after completing the Hajj.
According to a statement signed by one of her aides, Olabisi Olumide-Ajayi, she was on vacation with her children, which she had missed for some time.
“Before the advent of this administration it had always been the custom for her to take a long vacation with her children but since the President was elected and due to exigencies of duty it has not been possible.
“However this year she decided to break the jinx and spend time with them, especially since Mr President has graciously appointed Special Advisers and Personal assistants to her,” the statement said.
