Many call me the nation’s pride,
But I call myself the nation’s bride
Ostrich in a million birds
The first choice of suitor Jambites.
Conscious of my role in nation building
I have built a structure as strong as a rock
Standing firm in the Centre of Excellence
Erudition is my core value
Morality and wisdom, my cornerstones
I am UNILAG
Whether in sciences or liberal arts
I guard my loins with reasoning and research
Whether in the socials or eclectic zones
I robe my tenets with clinical care
I am UNILAG
Just check me out
The profiles of my tutors from head to toe
Sound me out
The impact of my graduates in every sphere.
Icon in governance
Engine room of our economy train
Star of the bar, sun on the bench
