The South African Government has said that many Nigerians in the country are involved in drugs, human trafficking and other vices.

The government said this amid the anxiety and feud created by the recent attacks on Nigerians in SA.
South Africa’s Minister of foreign affairs, Naledi Pandor, who noted this in a video, thus said the government expected the country’s security operatives to check the alleged criminals.

She said,“I would appreciate them (police) in helping us as well to address the belief our people have and the reality that there are many persons from Nigeria dealing in drugs in our country.

“I believe that Nigerian nationals are involved in human trafficking and other abusive practices.

“These kind of assistance of ensuring that such persons do not come to our country will be of great assistance to our nation.”
