A student of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Akindele Justina Temitayo, has been crowned Miss Ekiti 2019.
The event took place at AB Civic Centre, Ado Ekiti on Saturday, 28 September, 2019.
Temitayo who is a second year student of History and International Relations defeated 20 other finalists to wear the 2019 Miss Ekiti crown.
The process of selection included online voting, stage presentations, question and answer session.
Apart from winning the contest, Justina also won a car, a year wardrobe allowance, a trip to Dubai and a well furnished office in Ado Ekiti.
Speaking to EkitiReporters to express how happy she felt being crowned the winner, she said: “I feel good, very very good. I was actually crying. I am super happy.”
