Released four months ago from the police custody, controversial musician, Azeez Fashola, more known as Naira Marley, is expected to return for the commencement of his fraud trial.
Naira Marley will be back in court in October 22nd.
The popular singer was arrested for alleged cyber crime and other fraudulent acts March 10th 2019, on his birthday by the EFCC.

He was arrested alongside indigenous rapper, Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jago and two others.
After his arrest, he was was arraigned before Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos on 11-count charge.

He was however granted bail on May 30th and the judge adjourned until October 22 for the commencement of the trial.
