There are indications that the Federal Government is taking to another level its anger against the judgement that granted SaharaReporters Publisher, Omoyele Sowore, bail.
It is said to be working towards re-arraigning him by Monday.
The action may thus remind some of how the political stubbornness of the estranged ally of Chief Obafemi Awolowo during the First Republic, Chief Samuel Ladoke Akintola, in the Western Nigeria, was reported with a Yoruba flavor – taku.
Observers would note that this could be dramatic if it happens especially as there is already a court order from the same judiciary.
They may also accuse the DSS/the FG of insisting on getting only the kinds of orders it wants and obeying the types of rulings it desires.
Already, it is said to have petitioned the National Judicial Council over the Justice Taiwo Taiwo order that Sowore be released on bail.
According to a story in ‘The Punch’, he is to be arraigned on seven counts of treasonable felony, money laundering and cybercrimes which was instituted against him by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation.

The Department of State Service, which has been detaining the former presidential candidate since August 3, continues to hold him in custody in violation of the court order granting him bail six days ago.
