AY thanks Segun Arinze for voicing first AY Live jingle

Comedian and actor, Ayodeji Richard Makun, known by his stage name A.Y, has thanked Nollywood actor, Segun Arinze, for voicing the first jingle for his comedy show, ‘Ay Live’.

According to A.Y, from their university days till date Arinze has always been in support and it’s a privilege to enjoy his services and guidance.

The 48-year-old comedian, in an Instagram post, thanked Arinze for his friendship as he turns 54 today.

“From my university days till date i have been privileged to enjoy the services and guidance of this industry General. This is just another opportunity for me to thank you for giving me that prestigious facelift when you attended the awards i organised on campus years ago. That was you telling me it was possible to fraternise with people we see on television. Thank you for creating an enabling environment on stage with you as a co-master of ceremonies at the event that eventually gave me my first visa abroad. That was you telling the world that the sky is wide enough for everyone to fly.

“Thank you for voicing the first ever Ay Live jingle. That was you encouraging and believing that the young shall grow in the entertainment business,” he wrote in parts.

“Thank you for the appearance in my projects, and countless calls to advice and celebrate my little achievements. I am thanking .ou with wishes for a blessed birthday. You are an industry soldier of love. I pray Today above all others brings you love, hope, and strength as you celebrate another year of life. HAPPY BIRTHDAY @THE.SEGUNARINZE.”
