A Kabusa Grade I Area Court, sitting in Abuja, on Thursday ordered that three men be remanded in prison, pending bail application for allegedly breaking into a doctor’s house and stealing a 32-inch plasma Television.

The Judge, Ibrahim Kagarko, ordered that Patrick Audu, 23 and two minors, be remanded in Keffi Prison, Nasarawa State and adjourned the case until Aug. 20, for hearing in the bail application.

The police charged the defendants with three counts of house breaking, entering and theft.

Earlier, Police Prosecutor, Mahmud Lawal, told the court that Dr Amos Kossivi and Mr David Femi, who live at Dakwo village, Abuja reported the case at the Kabusa Police station, FCT, on July 12.

The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of sections 97, 263, 288, 241 and 172 of the Penal Code Law.
