The suicide question in Nigeria has taken a new dimension as another young Nigerian has killed himself.
Unlike others, however, the man identified as Erestus Okpe foregrounded his death on social media when he changed his profile photo to a poison bottle.
Worried by the display, his friends immediately expressed fear and displeasure at Okpe’s style, especially as they believed the bottle contained the notorious substance called sniper.
Some, however, though it was a joke based on their comments.
The Enugu-born man was, however, later found dead in his Maiduguri, Borno State, home.
