Seun Kuti, youngest son of legendary afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti. , following the recent RUGA settlement has said the whole issue is a set up.
Seun had few days ago reacted concerning the incessant farmers/herdsmen clashes across the country saying Nigeria is already ‘Islamized and Christianized’ and we prefer western imperialism to Arabic imperialism.
President Buhari has suspended the RUGA settlement already.
According to him, they are paying people to spread the hate and majority of our assets is foreign owned as they earn more than us for the same job.
Sharing on IG, he wrote:
” Please I want you to swipe left on this post. There are replies by 2 different people (supposedly) and it is clear to see we are being set up as a people. Hate is being sown among us as a distraction to the real issues we face. The working class and the poor turned against one another while the oppressor stay united and fat. THIS WHOLE RUGA ISSUE IS A SET UP. A NON ISSUE PUSHED BY DEFEATED PEOPLE THAT WANT TO USE U TO FIGHT THEIR BATTLE. OPEN YOUR SENSE!! They are paying people to spread hate.”
