Street hip star, Zlatan Ibile, has said that his dream when he was younger was to be come a footballer.
According to the artiste – full name, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael – he was very passionate with the game though he only played it at the street level.
Zlatan said he usually played upfront, including ‘No 7’.
He recalled this on Monday in an interview with ‘Hip TV’.
He also spoke on the relationship between him and the likes of Olamide, Davido and Lil Kesh.
Zlatan said they had a deep and mutually benefiting rapport, adding that Olamide played a strategic roe in his emergence.
Saying he was 25, Zlatan dismissed a question on when he hopes to get married.
According to him, marriage is not in view for his now.
Zlatan was born and raised in Lagos but he is originally from Ekiti State.
A graduate of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, with a higher national diploma in Business Administration, he started music after high school in 2011.
At the age of 19, he won a music talent competition called “The One Mic Campus Tour” in Abeokuta, Ogun state. He first came into the Nigerian music scene in 2017 when he released a single titled ‘My Body’ in which he featured Olamide.

According to a profile of his, the song went viral when a video of Davido dancing to the song surfaced online, and that was the beginning of his friendship with Davido.
Temidayo followed up in 2018 with an appearance on “Able God”, a hit song by Chinko Ekun that featured Lil Kesh as well. Then he dropped “Zanku” soon after with a new dance routine titled the same name. Another song featuring Davido was released before the end of 2018, called “Osanle”
Zlatan, who was initially detained along Naira Marley, following fraudster allegation, started 2019 with the release of Glory before appearing on another hit single alongside Burna Boy in the song titled ‘Killin Dem’.
