Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, has said that no single tap water is running in the state.
In a way that appears to indict his predecessor, Rochas Okorocha, Ihedioha said that Imo was in a state of peculiar underdevelopment.
At a meeting with some stakeholders in the state, he said all the sectors were down, especially health and education.
He said the situation was not the same in Anambra, Ebonyi and other South-East states.
He, thus, called on all and sundry to rise to the challenge of rebuilding Imo.
