More facts have emerged about the personality of the man who smashed five cars on the premises of the Nigerian Embassy in London, UK, on Monday.
according to a tweet from Hackney Police UK shows that Jeffrey Ewohime is an ex-convict.
“Jeffrey Ewohime, 29yrs, convicted of common assault after throwing food in a staff member’s face at McDonalds, Dalston after an argument. He also hit the staff member. Sentenced to a community order, required to pay £80 compensation, given a curfew & banned from the McDonalds,” the tweet reads.
The embassy and Nigeria’s chief diaspora affairs officer, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, have condemned Ewohime’s act.He was said to have been angered by the fact that he could not collect his passport.
According to the officials, he failed to produce the slip required for the collection.
