As mixed reactions continue to greet the alleged secret marriage of 20-year-old actress, Regina Daniels, to 59-year-old Delta state billionaire, Ned Nwoko, some celebrities have risen in her defence.
Regina became an object of attack over the weekend after the pair made their first public appearance at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun, FUPRE, Delta State , where Nwoko received an honorary doctorate degree.
But the likes of Helen Paul and Georgina Onuoha have argued that she be left alone as far as what some have called ‘teen marriage’ is concerned..
Helen:
”Hypocracy of the highest order. Ladies are used to killing and condemning each other.
Do you know what she has gone through?
Do you know what pushed her and her family to go into such a marriage?
There are people who get married at an older age and their husbands are using them as punching bag.
Why are we quick to judge women? The woman did this, the woman did that, What about the men?
Please let us leave issues that are sorted and focus on matters that truly need attention.

What is morally corrupt is the Nigerian society that celebrates immorality and goes agog with it with impunity.
