The management of Italian club, Roma, has banned its players from taking pictures with Canadian rapper, Drake, due to the controversy generated by what is now called the of the ‘Drake Curse’.
The rapper has been reported to have posed with players from five different clubs, after which they went ahead to lose their next games.
The last victim was French giant, PSG, whose defender Layvin Kurzawa’s selfie with Drake emerged on social media before the game and they went ahead to play Lille in a game they lost disgracefully.
They were defeated by the 2nd-placed team on the Ligue 1 table by 5 goals to 1.
Following the news and the viral coincidence, the management of A.S Roma went on Twitter to ban all their players from photographing with him until the end of the season.
