What are these governors telling Buhari in this photo?
Or the question should be: who is cracking the joke here? Some associates have said that, although he could look too serious, President Muhammadu Buhari has his moments of stand-up or sit-down comics. But Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State is also known to have some of these Ibadan-styled cracs that can make a stone to laugh.
