The long arm of the law has nabbed Deji Adenugba, the man who, last week, set ablaze a family of eight in Ondo State.
Their only offence against Adenuga is that the sister of the deceased mother of the house allegedly severed the relationship she had with him.
Adenuga’s way of retaliating was to sneak into the area in the night, pour petrol round the house and set it ablaze.
He ended up burning to death the family of eight.
Meanwhile, the Ondo State Police Command has arrested Adenuga, said to be an the ex-convict on a jail-break holiday.
Deji, who had been hiding since the incident occurred, was said to have been caught under a bridge on Ijebu Ode Road.
Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Femi Joseph, said the suspect was arrested on Monday and would be paraded on Tuesday April 30th at the command’s headquarters, Akure, the state capital.
