Security and safety operatives are currently fighting hard to prevent fire as petrol is leaking profusely from a tanker in the middle of the road at the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
Men of the Federal Road Safety Corps, policemen and some soldiers were seen at the scene directing vehicles away for the fear that there might be an explosion.
The area has indeed been condoned off as passers-by and those who might want to steal fuel are being chased away.
Meanwhile, there is total shutdown on the Lagos-Ibadan express way with a gridlock stretching as far as Ibafo and Wawa.
This is as result of the work been done by Berger, whose officials were seen trying to remove some of the blockages in front of the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Church.
The situation is worse for those travelling from Lagos to Ibadan while the story is also negative between Asese and Ibafo for those coming from Ibadan.
