The Independent Electoral Commission has given the indication that it will obey the court order stopping the candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Taraba State.
A Federal High Court Sitting in Jalingo, the state capital, ON Wednesday, ordered the disqualification of the governorship candidate, Sani Danladi, over age falsification.
Commenting on the development in an interview on Channels Television on Wednesday night, an INEC Commissioner, Mustapha Lecky, said although the commission had not received documents of the judgement, it was also wiling to obey court corders and the Taraba case would not be different.
