UK bans Boeing 777 from its airspace

The fate of popular plane brand, Boeing 737 MAX, is getting more dicey as more countries and airlines are losing confidence in its safety.
Like China, Singapore and Malyasia, the United Kingdom has banned it from its airspace.
The concern grew after the Sunday’s crashing of a new Ethiopian Airlines 737 MAX, which went down minutes into a flight to Nairobi, killing all 157 people on board.
This happened after a Lion Air jet of the same model crashed in Indonesia in October, killing 189.
The UK Civil Aviation Authority said in a statement that it had decided “to stop any commercial passenger flights from any operator arriving, departing or overflying UK airspace”.
