Popular lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana, has identified some hurdles ahead of the case the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, is in instituting to contest the outcome of the poll.
According to the lawyer, Atiku has all the right to challenge the result but it is going to be a difficult adventure.
Speaking on a Channels Television programme – ‘Hard Copy’ – on Saturday night, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria said the first issue with the case was that although there were problems in some parts of the country, which Atiku would seek to establish, the process went on well in many other parts.
According to Falana, the court would be interested in such majority areas too.
Also, he noted that the fact that the PDP’s agents signed most of the results from the various centres could affect the matter in court.
