Senator Ademola Adeleke will, on Friday, know his fate on a petition he filed against the declaration of Adegboyega Oyetola as the governor of Osun State.
The Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja, will deliver judgment on the complaints the Peoples Democratic Party candidate lodged against the outcome of the September 2018 election.
The Peoples Democratic Party candidate prayed that the three-man panel led by Ibrahim Sirajo nullify Oyetola’s victory as he claimed massive rigging on the part of the All Progressives Congress, while also insisting
it (PDP) had the majority votes.
