Protests by ad hoc staff of INEC, especially youth corps members, is spreading to various parts of Lagos.
It is 
happening in Anglican, Ogudu; Mile 2 in Amuwo Odofin; and Isolo, with the young men and women carrying placards and saying that INEC had not paid the the allowances due to them.
On the placards is ‘No 10k, no voting’, among others.
As a result, voting process cannot yet start at the centres.
