Although there are still indications that more people are still trapped in the rubble of the building that collapsed in Lagos on Wednesday, the Managing Director of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA, Tiamiyu Adesina, has said that rescue operation at the site will be closed today.
Timaiyu said the agency would release a statement later detailing the number of casualties.
The agency noted that one of the lessons it has learnt is connected to crowd control and that it will handle it better in the future.
