The trial of suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, continued Wednesday at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
However, Onnoghen is absent again at the tribunal where he is facing trial over allegations of refusal to declare his assets.
The prosecution has, as a result, called for his arrest.

The lead prosecuting counsel, Mr. Aliyu Umar (SAN), made the application orally at the resumed hearing of the charges of non-asset declaration instituted against the CJN by the Federal Government.
