Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has secured another victory in court.
Weeks after he survived the Peoples Democratic Party’s bid to unseat him, the Federal Appeal Court, Ado Ekiti Division, on Tuesday, dismissed the appeal filed by former Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Segun Oni, to challenge his to contest the May 12, 2018 governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State.
The judges unanimously dismissed Oni’s claim as lacking merit, saying Fayemi fulfilled all righteousness to contest.
