There will not be any road closure ahead of and during President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to Lagos State on Saturday, according to Mr Ladi Lawanson, Commissioner for Transportation in the state.
He said on Friday that there would not be any disruption of normal activities.
He, however, urged residents who do not have any business at the Teslim Balogun Stadium axis of the stadium to stay away from the area.
President Muhammadu Buhari is visiting as part of his re-election campaign and will hold a campaign rally in the stadium on Saturday.
The state government had initially announced on Wednesday that some routes would either be fully or partially closed and urged residents to take alternative routes.
