Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, is currently in the dock at the Code of Conduct Tribunal trial in Abuja.
Although the court ordered on Wednesday that he be arrested and brought to court for earlier refusing to appear, he there on his own volition.
His lawyer, Chris Uche (SAN), ‎announced his presence shortly after the tribunal chairman, Danladi Umar, led two other members to the courtroom at about 10.34am.
He entered the dock at about 10.37am after Uche told the tribunal of his presence.
