Waka Queen continued her smooth ride through the One Lagos Fiesta on Monday night when she performed in Epe.
That was like a homecoming for her as she is a native of the town that produced the state Governor Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode.
She celebrated the heritage of the town, saluting it as the home of the Quran, with many Islamic scholars.
Very important, however, is the fact that she decided to drill many of the young members of the audience, especially the girls whom she asked to come to come onto the stage to sing her songs. Understandably, many of them could not do so because they were too young when she was reigning.
Yet, they had a good time with her as she sng with them her ‘congratulations’ song.
Many were eager to shake hands with her as she joined them on the floor.
